D&C/New Pregnancy Question

Hi ladies! I had a missed miscarriage found on 6/21, I was supposed to be 9w5d and the baby had stopped growing at 7w5d. I had a D&C on 6/24 to remove everything, bled for about two weeks off and on and finally quit. Husband and I have been very busy (if you know what I mean) because we really want to be pregnant again ASAP. I tested today late in the day and got two faint positives on First Response early detection tests and then got a negative ClearBlue digital. Is it possible that I'm pregnant again right now or is this leftover hormones from the previous pregnancy? Tomorrow will be one month exactly from the date of the D&C.
