super dry skin

i got SUPER sunburnt and it left me skin like this... does anyone know why and what could help cure this? the top of my forehead is dry, discolored, and oddly cracked. under my eyes are extremely dry and my nose doesn’t even feel like skin anymore. PLEASE HELP
