Hoping for a miracle

Hi everyone!

I took a pregnancy test this morning and there is a faint second line! I am so excited and nervous. We have a 7 year old and have been trying to get pregnant again for the last 5 years. I had a miscarriage 2.5 years ago. I am so happy right now but also scared, I don’t want to lose this one.
