Anybody in Mass have Cigna?

My husband is considering moving to a company that has Cigna and I'm trying to get info about their coverage requirements. Anyone have experience with them in MA and know their criteria or requirements for IUI and IVF?

My company changed from Harvard pilgrim to Cigna this year and it’s been a nightmare 😭😭😭. Lot of doctors don’t take Cigna and Cigna has a lot of weird restrictions. I am not sure about IUI and IVF but even in general Cigna is so bad. Most of my co-workers have the same problem. Someone told me they couldn’t get at MRI without trying medication and physical therapy for severe back pain.

I have Cigna in MA but I’m not sure about IUI or IVF. It’s so rare they are covered by insurance. Your best bet is just to call them. I’ve found them to be very helpful over the phone.
