Breastfeeding and weight loss
Hey beautiful mommas
Those of you who have successfully lost weight quickly and successfully breastfeed your baby (no milk issues, produced enough milk) please share what your diet and/or exercise routine looks like. I will have a significant amount of eight to lose when I'm done with my pregnancy but breastfeeding is my priority. I like to plan a head and get an idea how how i can successfully do both. I also will be having a c section and know realistically exercise won't be an immediate thing.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
