question about twin pregnancy

did anyone have a feeling or know they were pregnant with twins before they actually found out? what were the signs you had? i’ve read that a very early positive on a test can indicate twins but it’s also not a way to determine. i’ve been having feelings that i’m pregnant with more than one baby. i got a pretty dark positive at 2 weeks and 6 days pregnant. 😅

edited to add: i got the positive 2-3 weeks before my period was supposed to start. this is my test that i took and when i calculates my due date it said “2 weeks and 6 days pregnant”
