Threatened miscarriage

I’ll try to keep it short but I’m freaking out. Last night I went to the dr for a normal appt and they originally thought i was 8 weeks. They did an ultrasound and couldn’t find a heartbeat. They sent me to the ER where I had bloodwork and two ultrasounds done. The bloodwork came back with my HCGs showing about 5-6 weeks. The baby size was also showing up at 5-6 weeks. The first ultrasound was done and they said that it looks like it’s just early and nothing to worry about. Then I did the internal (the same person did both ultrasounds) and he said he couldn’t find heartbeat and so he think it’s a miscarriage. Then I met with the ER dr and he said looks like early miscarriage but wants to talk to the obgyn. He met with her and she said it could be early and she’s optimistic about the pregnancy. So I’m not sure what to think. I am still having pregnancy symptoms and no bleeding or cramping at all. So at this point I don’t even know what to do. I’m stressed out and confused!
