So I am cramping like I have my period and bleeding more than just spotting.

I've been taking junel Fe for the first time in one week , im in my second now

I didn't missed any pill and I don't know what to do since now I'm thinking it's my period, but it's supposed to be in 15 days later. My cramping is excessive like how it used to be when I started cramping, the bleeding Is like a crime scene at the moment and I don't know what to do now with the pills, should I take the four week one or stick to where I'm at ? Please help
