There must be more on that paper. The picture you have here is just explaining the sensitivity and specificity of the testing itself.

When I got mine it said “y chromosome not detected” meaning it’s a girl.

Your actual results are above this. This is just a chart of how sensitive the tests are. If it was checked on your paperwork when you got it done that you want to know the sex, then it will say fetal chromosome: male or female.

Lol! ⁉️🤔 You might need to call your doctor’s office to get a better idea of what that means. My test was through Quest, so I used their site to decode the results.
