Implantation Cramps?

I'm 20 as of July 18th! So I suddenly got a mild cramp so similar to the tell tale ones i get moments before my period starts.

I was confused because my periods not for a 6 more days!

I've been sorta TTC for 6 months

I've used myo inotisol and bio identical progesterone cream as well as taking folic acid all for 2 months but always get the BFN

I'm trying not to get to excited because I'm sure alot of you know that disappointment after the 2 week wait and af comes.

Who knows ?
