Telling a Doula

My last birth was unmedicated. My goal for this birth is the same. However, I feel like I need a bit more support on my birthing team so I hired a Birthing Doula. I interviewed 6 and have selected one. I need to tell the others that they were not selected but want to do it nice and gently (I told each that I would contact and let them know either way). Suggestions on what I should say???

How about : Thank you for meeting with me. As you know I interviewed several Doulas. My decision was based on many factors and I needed to select the one that was the best fit for our family. Although I have selected a different doula, I wanted to personally thank you for your willingness to go through this process with me. I enjoyed our time together and getting to know you.
