Heparin

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and just recently switched to heparin from lovenox at 36 weeks due to a clotting disorder. Heparin you have to take every 12 hours. I’ve been perfect with it this whole time and last night I fell asleep and woke up and realized i missed it. So I took it right away. I was supposed to take it at 9:30 but took it at 12:30am. So now of course I’m freaking out. Anyone on heparin ever do this and was baby still ok???
