I started feeling symptoms (nausea, fatigue, rapid heartbeat) in week 3, but didn't get a positive test until 3w6d.

At 3 weeks on the dot I had dizziness and nausea so bad I could barely stand. It went away toward the end of the day, but for the next few days my boobs were incredibly sore, I was fatigued, and I felt random bouts of nausea. At 11dpo I got a STRONG positive. Now I’m 5+2! This was totally different from my first. With my son I had implantation cramping, but basically no symptoms for weeks. I didn’t get a positive until the day of my missed period. Each pregnancy and person is different!
