Spotting on the depo

Help a girl out 😩

I’m on the depo ( Pill injection ) I’ve been spotting about a month!! The past 3 days the spotting seem to stop! Just brownish discharge now and again..... after non penetrative sex and climax there’s bright red blood every time! Has anyone experienced this ??

I have a doctors appointment booked in two days but just want some peace of mind because doing google research has stressed me out! 😩
