Thyroid test results (TTC newbie)

Slight background:

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was about 11 or 12. When I was about 15 I had my thyroid radioactively removed and am now totally dependent on meds. I was on Levothyroxine, but I was recently in a very deep depression and my therapist had suggested I look into and talk to my doctor about Armour Thyroid, which if you don’t know is a medicine made from pig thyroid. Since then I have felt EXTREMELY better. Less tired, less moody, more my self, and the best part is my levels have been more stable. They used to fluctuate a lot.

Now as an adult I want to conceive. I was told the change in meds could help. But I’m still not sure what my levels need to be in order to conceive. Below are the results I got from my labs yesterday. I’m hoping someone might have some positive or really any news or insights for me. Please help me out.

Should I be trying to lower TSH slightly? I’ve heard 2 or lower. Should I just talk to my doctor about it?
