Tmi 30 week question

Hi everyone! I’m a little over 30 weeks along and went for a walk this morning. Right after I got back from walking i had a lot of diarrhea, which hasn’t happened before except a couple times around when I was 20 weeks. I’ve been reading some things on google about how this could be an early sign of labor? I am not sick and I don’t think I ate anything weird. Just curious as to if this has happened to anyone and if it’s normal? I’m not cramping or anything. I’m starting to get a little paranoid. Any insight would be helpful! 😊
