Implantation bleeding

Didn’t have my period last month and tested negative with home pregnancy. Haven’t gotten my period again this month (should have been around 21-22 of July) and I’m feeling really off, and this is what I saw this morning. Sorry for the gross pic, but could it be implantation bleeding or just my cycle being really off?
