Advice Please!!!

So yesterday I had a doctors appointment and since my doctor knows I’m ttc she ordered a blood hcg test. Im not 100% sure when I actually ovulated but according to my chart I was 7/

8 dpo. So I get the call today that it was negative and she said there’s no way I could be pregnant. I lost it and started balling. In my heart I know I’m pregnant but test don’t lie right? Do I still have a chance or am I out?
