TMI Weird, thick, pink discharge?? Help plz

Ok so basically I don’t know what’s wrong. I’ve never had weird discharge before until now and idk what it means. It looks thick and it’s light pink and I’ve never seen it before and I need some advice on what it is or what to do about it...
