Uti home test

Took a uti home test came back positive as a start of one because I’ve been having slight symptoms but I was paranoid for STDs I’m just wondering if the uti test came back positive could it really be an std or have both at the same time ? I know some STDs are no symptoms sometimes and I figured if I was having any that it’d be the discolored heavy foul discharge which I have none and extreme itch and burn which mine are slight and come and go ??
