Ex boyfriend

My ex broke up with me 3 months ago, and 1.5 months after our breakup up he has a new gf. However he said that he didn't have time for a relationship. He recently thanked her for supporting him, and getting on his butt. However I did the same things, and I never got a thank you. We dated for almost 4 months, but he said that he wasn't feeling it after 1 month. After we broke up his little sister called me the b word, and he told his family to block me. Do I have every right to feel like I was used? How should I feel? Should I even count him as an ex?
