Giving up????

Question

Has anyone made their relationship/ marriage work after their partner had an affair? Is it possible? 
If that person does whatever necessary to rebuild, seek counseling and change? 
Do you heal!! Does the relationship heal!! 
If that person is devoting to loving you the right way for the rest of y’all lives, should you TRY to save your marriage and family?

I tried for years after and it wasn’t worth it. No matter how hard he tried I couldn’t feel loved and wanted by him anymore. I left him a couple years after because I could never be happy with him again. I’m glad I left because I’m extremely happy and have an amazing man now.

Don’t harm yourself more then he already harmed you. Trust is everything the moment it’s lost it’s gone forever...stuff changes...you can never trust that person the same way as before....speaking from experience...I felt like I was going crazy trying to keep my family together after the father of my children cheated on me. I didn’t have inner peace...always doubting...I decided to move on after trying to fix that for a year. I felt so free.
