HELP! Contractions?
So I'm a first time mom, 37w today and I woke up with my underwear pretty damp and a little bit of normal mucus plug. I didn't really think anything of it and when to go take a shower. As I was in the shower I started to have period like cramps and then a feeling of something trying to come out of my vagina. Was that a contraction or something else?
