Wonder Weeks App

Has anyone paid for this app? A friend of mine uses it and I feel like I’ve seen it around here and maybe some mommy FB pages. Trying to decide if I should buy it or not. Like is it actually accurate or an I just making excuses for my babies mood? I’m a FTM so I have no idea all about the milestones the need to hit and etc. thanks!
