Baby tummy struggles?

My little girl is 4 weeks old and lately she’s been spitting up more and acting gassy. Also farting A TON! Which seems to bother her. I think she may have some reflux. She is fed breastmilk via dr brown bottles. We sit her upright when we feed her, burp in between ounces, leave her sitting up right 30 mins after feedings and have tried gripe water & gas drops.

Anyone else having this problem?

I really don’t want to give her formula.. at least not till she’s 6 months.
