Caregiving help !!
Hey y’all so I work for a caregiving company and I get paid 10$hour but the family of one of my clients is asking me to quit the company and come work for them full time (40+hrs) for 23 dollars an hour! Am I allowed to do this? Can I go work just for the clients family and just get paid through them instead of going through the caregiving agency??
