Moon cycle and mistrial cycle

So I’ve realized over the past few months that I’ve been paying attanetion that I always get my period on the first day of the new moon and tend to ovulate on a full moon. Has anyone else noticed this? I’ve always loved following moon cycles so I have a lunar app and when I look at all my ovulation and period dates it always matches up! Anyone else every notice this?

Interestingly eniughmy daughter was conceived on a full moon and born on a new moon(which was also my due date)

After doing some research I learned it’s called a white moon cycle and the opposite would be a red moon cycle
