Try to stay positive

So my LMP was 6/14 but that was my first period following a d&c 5/8 for a blighted ovum. I went yesterday for an early 6 week scan (I had a missed miscarriage in 2017 also). In the scan she told me that my uterus is inverted and that all she saw was a gestational sac. No yolk sack or fetal pole. I have been told it is still early and with the inverted uterus it makes it difficult to see anything this early. My home pg tests are still dark and I have no signs of miscarriage. However, it is so hard to stay positive with my history. I had them draw hcg levels but it was Friday so I won’t find out till Monday. Any positive thoughts or experiences similar to mine would be appreciated.
