Spontaneous labor at 15 weeks

I’ve wrote a post on this before after loosing my sweet girl last Friday out of no where. Basically I’m looking for others experiences if you have experienced this when did you start trying again? Have you had a healthy pregnancy after? I have a 19 month old normal pregnancy so I was so shocked by this and I’m heartbroken. I want a baby so bad and I want to try as soon as it’s safe, but I’m also terrified of this happening again. What can I do better because I just don’t understand what happened, I don’t see my doctor until Wednesday so I’m just looking for experiences and help
