When will you take maternity leave?

I’m 27 weeks now and I work Monday- Friday 8-5 and my goodness it is taking a toll on me. I’m so exhausted! I’m thinking of taking my maternity leave at about 32-35 weeks?! It seems so far from now 😭

I'm doing the same as you, I'm tired of being on my feet at work, a commute where I stand because people pretend not to see me, and generally not having energy for housework or my kids on days off! So I'm 28wks, stopping at 35wks and I don't care; I raised my others on less money so 💁🏾‍♀️.

Working until I go into labor; I prefer to use all my time after she gets here! I did the same with my first. I work 12 hour days at a hospital and am on my feet a lot but I’ve managed to stay in great shape and am over 30 weeks and am still feeling great so far.

I was fired the second week of this month after taking my vacation because I too needed a break. So it really sucks to be out of work but honestly the rest feels so good but the nesting kicks in... I have gotten rid of stuff and rearranged the babies room so many times already.
