2nd pregnancy

i’m 19yrs old and this is my 2nd pregnancy from the same guy. he’s been a really bad father to my first child and he’s a really bad person he’s been in jail and has been in a gang. he never changes my sons diaper when he watches him for 6 hours while i’m at work and always returns him hungry. i’m not letting him see him at the moment and he doesn’t even care hasn’t texted me about him one time in the past month. should I tell him about the new baby?? or keep it from him?
