Ugh! 8 days past ovulation and...

When I went to the bathroom this afternoon, I had to push just a tad bit to have a bowel movement and when I wiped, there was a little bit of light pink. I mean, enough that you definitely wouldn’t miss it, but light. No blood since then and that was like 5 hours ago. I’ve had a “full” feeling in my uterus for two days, and like a mild crap lingering, but my period isn’t due for another 6 days Can straining to have a bowel movement affect implantation and hurt it or was that maybe implantation bleeding? We’ve been trying to conceive for 10 months and I’ve never bled this early before AF
