My acid reflux has lasted for two days. How do I make it go away?

Yesterday I was eating baked hot cheetos when a big chunk of cheeto that I didn't chew properly came back up and choked me alittle. Ever since, whenever I eat something, whether it's spicy or just regular food, it comes back up or causes me to get nauseous. I, also, have been burping excessively. Before this, I would rarely burp. I took two tums and those usually help me, but it didn't this time. My stomach doesn't hurt ot burn. It's just my food always comes back up and I feel nauseous.
