How active did you stay while pREGGO?

Hi everyone! 
I just found out I’m pregnant!! 
I haven’t worked out in 2 years besides very light like a walk or tiny workout or home.
I’m just wondering how active y’all were when you got pregnant?

Best thing for baby is to continue being as active as you were when you got pregnant. Dont add anything new and crazy into the mix other than cleaning up your diet. But also know you shouldnt just become a potato just because you're pregnant either.

When I found out I was working out 5 times a week which I have continued to do up until the last week or so when it has dropped to 3-4 times because I’m more tired (32w).

It’s hard for me to do much as far a gym or anything cuz I have 2 kiddos but I try n walk and do yoga a little every week. I’m hoping to get more consistent now that my husbands schedule is changing I’ll have more free time to get a good habit going of every day or every other day, even if it’s just body weight work outs at home.

I didn’t really work out before, besides taking the dogs for a walk but that doesn’t really count. Since being pregnancy I’ve been trying to do prenatal yoga a few times a week and that’s gone well, nothing intense.

Normal activity level for me. OB has been adamant that I can maintain my normal work out routines as long as I’m feeling good. 35w now and I’ve still consistently been hitting 4-5 miles on the elliptical 2 or 3 days a week, plus strength training.

My first I was pretty lazy and only worked through my second trimester when i felt the best. My second i just resumed my normal activities i had a very heavy 1 year old (30 pounds before i delivered) and worked in child care so i held a lot of kids planned to work up to delivery and ended up in preterm labor at 34 weeks. She wound up coming at 38 weeks perfectly healthy but i plan on taking things fairly lightly this pregnancy and really listening to my body about my limits and when my body is tired i dont wanna go into preterm labor again

I played volleyball everyday all the way up until 30 weeks pregnant.

Not active at all. I was super sick from week 7 to week 18 so I mostly just stayed in bed.
