I have to share because this helped me so much! I have been tracking my cycle for 6 months using the Fertility Awareness Method. Each month my luteal phase has been too short to conceive. When I first started tracking it was 8 days and every month it got shorter until last month it was 1 day. I got the book the fertility diet. I started following the rules. Eating whole grains, drinking whole milk, getting most of your protein from plants, limiting red meat and cutting out sugar and caffeine. It took one cycle and I ovulated on time! Got my BFP!
