Gift from Baby to Sibling?

Did anyone get their kids a gift from baby?
We can’t decide when to give it to her. Wait until the baby is here or write her a card as if baby wrote it? Anyone have suggestions?

Yes, we got my 2 year old son a toddler digital camera (he loves taking pictures on my phone and with my big camera) from baby. And we picked out a stuffed animal that’s like his (but different animal) for him to give the baby.
I’m probably going to order a few smaller things to have around the house to give as gifts as well for good big brother rewards (or mommy needs a freaking minute gifts).
I made a card from baby and am planning on making a card with him for the baby this week.

My little girl is two and a half. Weirdly, whenever I ask what we should call the baby, she always says ‘Koala’ 😆 Don’t ask me why! So I bought her a lovely, soft Jellycat koala toy and ‘The Koala Who Could’ book, as well as a little wooden beaded bracelet that says ‘big sister’. 🐨

Yes! We’re doing a Big Sister Party in the hospital. 
I’ve put together a gift (nothing fancy... play dough, a stuffed animal, coloring stuff) to keep her busy during my hospital stay. I’m having my husband pick up donuts and chocolate milk and a balloon for her before she comes up to meet baby. 
Basically try to make the visit more about her becoming a big sister and less about the baby. I’m hoping that helps because if she doesn’t like this, it’s going to be hell on all of us 😅

Big girl just turned 4 and her ped suggested twin dolls so she has to “take care” of both. Lets say she calms one twin, if I need more time with baby sister, I can say her other baby is crying now lol
