Homemade dog food recipe?

I have a six years old jack russell terrier. His usual dog food is running out and the one I usually order is out of stock, so I'm thinking about making homemade food for him until I can order. I sadly can't make him homemade food forever since we have a very small freezer. He's sensitive to grain and fat. I've read that they need to eat about 3% of their weight every day and that if you make homemade food 70-80% needs to be meat and 20-30% needs to be vegetables. I've also read recommendations to put salmon oil and vitamin powder for dogs that contain calcium. Our vet has strongly advised us to not give him any raw food, especially not raw meat, because of his sensitive stomach. So I'm thinking I'll use minced lamb or chicken and mix it with carrots and peas maybe? If you make homemade food for your dog, how do you do it? What do you use?
