Postpartum stank

I gave birth two weeks ago and I’m still bleeding (which is normal) but every time I go to the bathroom or change my pad I get a good whiff of my insides 🤢 my vagina stinks so bad, I feel like I’m rotting from the inside out.... does anyone else have the same problem or does it not really stink for you? I’m so embarrassed and I’m a bit self conscious to go to my 2 week OB appointment because of this.
