so i’m 18 yrs old...and i was just diagnosed last week by my doctor with HSV type 1... and i really don’t know how to feel about it. i feel nasty, an i’m truly disgusted by myself. my doctor didn’t really tell me the do’s and the donts with having this, so if anyone has any advice please share... or any information that’ll be helpful...
