“Let me sleep, for the love of God!”
I’m 24 weeks and it’s getting more and more difficult to sleep at night.
I have a big maternity pillow, I drink little to no caffeine, and brew the occasional bedtime chamomile tea if I think I’m going to struggle with sleep. I’m just so restless and spend hours tossing and turning desperately trying to get comfortable. Not to mention I get up maybe every other hour because I have to pee. 🙄 This insomnia has me exhausted to the point of tears some nights.
Does anyone have advice on falling asleep and/or actually staying asleep??
