I have big thighs and they rub together and turn dark and get boils also on the bottom of my butt cheeks I get like pimples and they scar when they pop is there any ways to prevent it or get rid of it? Or anyone else experiencing it?

Also trying to take sexy "nude" photos and feel self conscious about the marks.
