Normal nipple pain?

Hi!

I recently found out I’m pregnant and have been having the usual symptoms of sickness, boob pain etc

Anyway my boobs hadn’t been TOO sore until my cat came for a cuddle and put all of his body weight directly on my left nipple.

Now it hurts so much, the pain comes and goes but it like throbs and is really painful!

Just wondered if this was normal or something I needed to be concerned about/mention to the midwife

Sounds daft but honestly it’s SO painful right where he stood, my other boob is fine!
