Induce or not induce 🤔

Soooooo, just want to get personal opinions not rude comments. Just 50/50 on the idea.

I am currently 38w2d. At my last OB apt I was only 50% thinned & cervix was closed. Due date is 8/11. She told me I can be induced on 8/8 or if I wait it out & nothing happens induce me on 8/15. I’ve been researching a lot of inducing pros & cons.

Any moms that have been induced what is your experience? Or moms who have been giving the option to what are your thoughts?
