Breastfeeding in the bathroom

stopped at Gabe’s the other day to try to find some deals on school shopping, while trying to shop my son started to cry to nurse. So I went to the fitting rooms since many other stores have allowed me to sit in a room and nurse. When I asked the lady if I could use a room she pointed toward the bathroom and told me I could go in there.. are you serious?! I was appalled- would you like to eat in the filthy bathroom? I ended up finding a seat by the shoes and set up shop to nurse.

I just cannot believe that in 2019 people still think that a baby should be fed in a bathroom! I did complain to the manager and he claimed she was new and it was their fault and a lack of training.. 🙄
