Blocked tear duct ??

I just noticed he woke up like this from a 2 hours nap. He has an appt on Thursday . Should I bring him to the doctor today?

If you breastfeed, squeeze some breastmilk into the eye . My son is 6 weeks when about 3 weeks had this and three days of breastmilk and all gone and hasn’t returned

My daughter has clogged ducts and that’s what hers looks like. I rub the corner of her eyes and wash with a warm wash cloth

I’d call and see if they will call you in a prescription. My daughter had this and when she woke up from a nap, she couldn’t even open her eye because her lashes fused together. Some eye drops cleared it up and a warm wash cloth kept it clean until it did.

My daughter has the same thing! For sure a clogged duct! It should clear up on its own!

Breast milk directly into the eye. Cotton swab with milk on it and wipe inward toward the nose...different swab per eye so you don't cross contaminate. Clean pinky fibger to massage the inner eye corner in circles and can gently wipe underneath.
