Cold Sores/ Fever Blisters 😷

So I’ve had cold sores/fever blisters (whatever you want to call them) all my life and I mean there are pictures of me at 4 and younger with them.

Growing up with them was the absolute worst being in middle school and high school people saying you have herpes and I get it it is herpes but like I obviously didn’t get it from sexual contact.

I would get them at most 1-3x a year so that’s no big deal. I was able to treat them and they go away.

Recently I have been getting them more often as in like when I am PMSing I get one and as well as the week of my period another one pops up!!

So I went from getting them like 3x a year to get them 2x a month. I mean i can’t say I keep getting them every month being as this is the second time it’s happened but I’m feeling like this is gonna be the new routine.

I just want to know if anyone else experiences this.
