I had my first ultrasound today, and my Gyno picked up a heartbeat. I’m measuring 6 weeks and 6 days. My friend’s mother in-law noticed what seems to be another sack to the right. Could this be twins, or are they seeing things?

Doesn’t look like baby could be bladder or something else’s you would be able to see baby if it was a baby and doctor would have told you they make sure to look around to make sure there’s only one
