Concerned regarding uterus hight... 😪🤔

So I'll be 24 weeks tomorrow & my uterus is very high I'm sure it way bigger than it should be... I'm not sure if I should contact my consultant to have it checked or not... I'm prone to pre term labour.. #1 30+5 #2 36+4 #3 36+6 #4 33+6 & #5 37+1... my midwife showed me how to check it so I'm very confident that I'm feeling right... I'm just worried that if it's so big now it may contribute to another pre term baby.. I have c-section booked for 38 weeks but now really worried I'm not going to make it that far... thankfully weve had no complications this time around & hoping it stays that way.. at my 20 week scan they said babys tummy measured a little bigger than it should so tested for GD all came back fine... any advice would be hugely appreciated... thank you...
