Period and IUD

Just wondering if anyone who had a hormonal IUD had a period that lasted like, less than one day? I guess more like spotting. I had been freaking out worried I was pregnant and then remember I spotted and convinced myself it was implantation bleeding but again IUD...and a condom and pulled out. 🤦🏻‍♀️ it then dawned on me that that couldve been my "period" since its lightening up.
