Yeast infection

My doctor prescribed me terconazole suppositories and I read it’s not recommended in the first trimester. I will not take it. I believe for my first pregnancy I took a yeast infection pill and then my baby had a lethal form of skeletal displasia... I never knew these medications could cause effects like this. I heard yogurt is a natural way to cure it but every yogurt I see has sugar.
